Dear Zach’s Fund Friends & Supporters,

We feel that it is our responsibility to help flatten the coronavirus curve and keep you safe. In order to do this, we have decided to cancel this year’s Zach Ramsey Tailgate. While our commitment to supporting pediatric cancer patients and families is stronger than ever, your safety comes first. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We are looking forward to hosting you in the future, once this global health pandemic passes.

Since Zach’s passing, we have been overwhelmed by the love, support, and commitment you all have shown to helping us carry out Zach’s mission of helping families manage the financial burdens of pediatric cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. Despite not being able to gather this year for Zach’s tailgate, we encourage you all to continue supporting his mission and ask you all to please consider making a donation once again this year. The needs of Novant Health Hemby Children’s Hospital and its St. Jude Affiliate Clinic’s pediatric cancer patient population and their families continue to be significant and COVID-19 has only made many of their financial circumstances more dire and they need our support now more than ever before.
